Hi, I’m Jess — the heart behind Tidal Solutions.

Over the last 10 years, I’ve had a front-row seat to what it really looks like to run a small business. I’ve watched people I love — my dad, sister, cousin, husband, the list goes on — pour everything they
have into building something of their own.

And honestly? It takes a lot.

It takes late nights, early mornings, missed family time, endless paperwork, customer messages, payroll, invoices, bookkeeping, and all the tiny details no one really sees from the outside.

That’s a huge part of why I started Tidal Solutions.

I believe the people you love should get the best of you — not just what’s left after work. I hate seeing good, hardworking people spend every evening stressed, exhausted, and trying to catch up,
instead of enjoying the life they’re working so hard to build.

At its core, Tidal Solutions exists to help good, hardworking people feel less buried,
less stretched thin, and more present for the life they’re working so hard to build.

Whether that means helping with bookkeeping, payroll support,
QuickBooks, invoicing, admin tasks, customer communication, inboxes, calendars,
file organization, or bringing a little order back to the chaos — I’m here
to take some of the weight off your shoulders so the day-to-day feels more manageable.

The name Tidal Solutions comes from two things I love: Jesus and the coast.

It’s inspired by Isaiah 43:2, a reminder that God is faithful through every tide and every season.
That’s the kind of support I want Tidal Solutions to be known for, too — steady, kind,
dependable, and calm when things feel overwhelming.

Outside of work, my favorite things are pretty simple: family time, the coast, and cheering on
the Texas Longhorns with my husband.

At the end of the day, I know business ownership can be a lot — but you don’t have
to carry every single piece of it alone.
